Prior to submitting an application for this year’s event, please note the following 2025 changes: 

• As a partner of the Strawberry Festival, the Town of Stouffville will be handling all vendor aspects including application intake, processing, and placement at the event.

• Vendors must attend and be operational for all dates and times of the event:

  • Friday June 27, 5pm-9pm

  • Saturday June 28, 10am-9pm

  • Sunday June 29, 10am-9pm

• Vendor Fees are pre-tax and are for one 10ftx10ft space, for all 3 days of the Festival:

  • Charities $150.00

  • Crafters $300.00

  • Businesses $600.00

  • Food $1,250.00

*Please note all Food Vendors will be required to comply with WSFES Fire Safety Bulletin and York Region Public Health.​​
