Important Information for Vendors

Vendors should note that for 2024 the Festival will take place inside Memorial Park, north and south of Burkholder.  There will be no Vendor Booths on Park Drive.  There may not be any vehicular access to booths.  Vendor parking will be available nearby and vendors should come prepared to move all materials in and out by hand.
 

Fees​

• Charities -  $50 per day for 1 booth; $150 per day for additional booths

• Crafters - $150 per day per booth

• Businesses - $300 per day per booth

• Food Vendors - $1250 for the weekend (Friday-Sunday)

• Power - $50 per day per outlet (Food Vendors only - you will need to provide your own cords)

Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2024 or until the Festival is full.   Registration fees must be paid in order to reserve your place.  No refunds will be provided.

 

Operating Hours

• Friday June 28th, 5pm-9pm (Food Vendors Only)

• Saturday June 29th, 9am-9pm

• Sunday June 30, 9am-9pm​​
