ADMISSION - There is no cost to attend the festival.  All events and activities are free of charge. There will be plenty of opportunities to support our local vendors.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING is available.

ACCESSIBLE WASHROOMS are available at the same locations as the portable washrooms.

POS DEVICES FOR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT PAYMENT are available at The Red Berry Cafe, The souvenir Shop and The Festival Pub. Individual vendor may offer POS devices at their discretion.

DRINKING WATER - In an effort to reduce single-use plastics, the Strawberry Festival discourages the sale of bottled water. We have water stations available for you to refill your reusable water bottle at no charge.  If you forget to bring your bottle, you may purchase one at the Information Booth.

LOCATION - The festival takes place in and around Memorial Park, Stouffville, located on Park Drive between Main Street and Hoover Park Drive.

PARKING is available at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Leisure Centre located at 2 Park Drive as well as the side streets around town.

DOGS are welcome at the festival.  They must be on a leash and you must clean up after them.  Pets are also welcome except inside the tent areas or any indoor areas.  If it's a hot day, your pet might be more comfortable left at home. Whatever you decide, remember it is never ok to leave a pet unattended in a car.
